Mission

We help people show up for the people they love.

Five Dot Post was created to make meaningful connection easier, especially when the words are hard to find. Through thoughtful cards and gifts, our goal is to help people express support, encouragement, appreciation, and love through life’s hardest moments, happiest moments, and everything in between.

Story

Five Dot Post began after my husband Tommy was diagnosed with cancer in our twenties.

During years of treatment, caregiving, and ultimately loss, I learned how much the smallest gestures can mean. I also saw how often people wanted to help but stayed silent because they were afraid of saying the wrong thing.

I wanted to change that.

What started as a handful of cancer support cards grew into Five Dot Post, a brand built around one simple belief: the fear of saying the wrong thing shouldn’t keep us from reaching out.

Today, Five Dot Post exists to make meaningful connection easier, especially when the words are hard to find. Because the people we love don’t need perfect words. They just need to know we’re there.

Impact

Tommy is the reason Five Dot Post exists, and giving back is one way we continue his legacy.

A portion of every purchase supports esophageal cancer research, helping fund better treatments, better outcomes, and more time for the people we love.

Our Approach

We believe the best cards sound like they came from a real person.

Our products are thoughtful, honest, encouraging, and sometimes funny. They’re designed to help people feel seen, supported, and connected in a way that feels genuine.

Our Name

Five Dot Post is named after the five tiny dots tattooed on Tommy’s chest during radiation treatment. I got the same five dots tattooed on my arm as a reminder that we were in it together.

Today, those five dots represent love, resilience, support, and the power of showing up for one another.

That’s what this brand is built on.
